The NW Patient Safety Conference will be presented virtually on October 16th & 17th from 7:45 AM to 1 PM PT each day. This conference is FREE for patients and families. There are going to be many interesting and provocative speakers! You do not want to miss this event. Even if you cannot watch each presentation, if you have registered, everything is recorded and you can go back to watch anything you missed for up to a year later.
